Fuels retailer Murphy USA announced in a press release that it will provide consumers with more E15 and E85 options in its Chicago suburban locations. The announcement says the move is an expansion of a existing effort that proved very successful in Iowa for the chain.
Murphy USA’s decision shows that there is a clear demand from consumers for cleaner alternatives at the pump.
In the release, a Murphy USA spokesperson says, “We are excited to offer E15 in addition to our existing product offerings. Murphy USA will continue to pursue opportunities to offer the fuel our customers desire.”

Why Chicago E15?
In 2012, ethanol use reduced carbon emissions equal to removing 5.2 million vehicles from the road.
Drivers would save 5 to 15 cents with E15.
Better for engines
